Kia ora. Originally from the UK, I have 20 years of teaching experience under my belt. I have been lucky enough to have taught in Thailand and have spent 15 years living and working in Hong Kong, only having recently moved to NZ with my Kiwi husband and two girls. I am currently working part time in Year 5.
I love the diversity of our students at Forrest Hill and aim to instil a lifelong love of learning. I have high expectations of myself and of my students and believe that everyone can succeed, given the correct tools. I am committed to the mental well-being of my students and endeavour to provide inquiry based learning opportunities that are exciting, authentic and engaging.
