My practice is grounded in building strong, respectful relationships with ākonga, whānau, and colleagues, as I believe collaboration is key to supporting student wellbeing and achievement. I bring a wealth of leadership experience and a commitment to creating inclusive, responsive learning environments where every learner’s strengths are celebrated. I set high expectations and foster a space where students feel safe to take risks, grow, and strive for their personal best each day.
