Alison Ottenhof

I was born in South Africa, New Zealand has been my home for 25 years. I am married to Ray and have two adult children and two dogs. We enjoy the outdoors and are keen for adventure in our spare time. I love working at Forrest Hill School and being part of such a positive community. I am the Reading Recovery and Early Literacy Support Teacher. I work with Year 1 and Year 2 students who may be experiencing difficulties in Reading and Writing. This early intervention programme allows me to work in an area I am passionate about.
