I currently work in the tech industry as a Sales and Product Manager, where I lead cross-functional teams, oversee projects, and collaborate closely with customers and service providers. My role involves turning feedback into action, aligning product and service improvements with both user needs and strategic goals. I’m fluent in both English and Mandarin, and have a strong interest in education, community engagement, and supporting cross-cultural understanding.
